We asked our colleagues what makes working at Kisuma so much fun? This has resulted in a number of core values: together, professional, developing and caring. Professionalism, commitment and continuity are central to our corporate culture. This is reflected, among other things, in a flat organizational structure and the desire to continue developing the organization and its staff.
